Aboard the 50m Custom Line 50 Yacht

The beach club is yet another area where Custom Line has truly gone above and beyond. The pool measures a generous two meters by 3.8 meters, and impressively, it can even remain filled with water while the yacht is cruising. “Our yachts are not just showrooms that aren’t safe to navigate,” emphasizes Pellacani.

There’s a spacious 15 meters between the pool and the saloon doors, and exterior designer Salvetti has done a remarkable job pushing back the upper deck support structures as far as possible. This thoughtful design choice ensures that the beach club feels effortlessly open and airy. While the idea of unfolding wings on both the port and starboard sides was considered, the team ultimately decided on a more traditional unfolding transom, cleverly split down the middle by a stairway that can extend below the waterline. This feature offers the utmost flexibility for accessing the sea.

The best views in the house, at the top of the boat, are dedicated to the owner.

Although the Custom Line 50 is constructed from metal, there’s not a vast array of customization options available. While aspects like the pool placements, finishes, decor, and free-standing furniture can be tailored to some degree, the core structure is mostly set. However, this limitation isn’t a deal-breaker for many Custom Line clients who prefer “to switch off and let us take care of it,” according to Pellacani.

For clients who desire a hands-on approach and extensive modifications, the 50 may not meet their expectations. Yet, for seasoned clients looking for something mature, sensible, calm, and free from excess, the Custom Line 50 certainly possesses the qualities to stand out in the competitive market.
