Boating is fundamentally about socializing and enjoying time on the water with loved ones. The Tiara Sport 43 LS, the third model in the Tiara Sport LS Series, stands out in its ability to enhance this social experience.
Featuring a roomy bow and plenty of seating in the transom, there is ample space for social interaction, whether docked or relaxing at a favorite sandbar. The 43 LS epitomizes luxury, from the quality of its build to the amenities it offers.
Launched over the summer, the 43 LS has a base price close to $900,000, targeting buyers looking for both performance and premium features. The vessel is powered by three Yamaha XF 425 outboards, achieving a top speed of 54.6 mph at 6,067 rpm during tests conducted on Lake Michigan, as reported by Tiara Sport.
The optimal cruising speed is 32.6 mph at 4,000 rpm, and with a 400-gallon fuel tank, the boat offers a range of 267 miles. During a singular acceleration test, it reached 30 mph from a complete stop in just 8.8 seconds. For a 43-foot boat with a 13-foot beam and a dry weight of 21,800 pounds, the 43 LS proves its worth in performance.
Utilizing an infused fiberglass structural grid system, Tiara Sport reinforces the transom with a patented grid. The hull is crafted with hand-laid balsa-cored sides, and the walking surfaces are enhanced for additional durability.
The 43 LS comes equipped with numerous standard features, exemplified by its cockpit design. It has seating for four, a double-width helm seat that can be electrically adjusted fore and aft, and comes with flip-up bolsters. The outer companion seats also feature flip-up bolsters and fold-down footrests.
Electronics aboard include two 16-inch Garmin GPSMAP displays, a Yamaha CL7 touchscreen, a Garmin autopilot, and a Garmin VHF radio. The cockpit is also equipped with a Marine Air System air-conditioning unit, providing 24,000 BTUs of cooling with reverse cycle heating.
Adjacent to the cockpit seating is a galley outfitted with a Corian countertop, featuring a hot/cold water faucet, refrigerators in a two-drawer unit, a Kenyon electric grill, a removable waste receptacle, and space for a 50-quart cooler.
A fiberglass hardtop with a skylight shields the cockpit from sunlight. Entertainment is enhanced by a TV that flips down automatically from the hardtop, while electronics are safeguarded against spray by a custom windshield system. Additionally, red/white LED overhead lighting and multicolor “dramatic lighting” that can be controlled with a remote enhance the ambiance.
Inside, clever use of space is evident with two sleeping areas designed for two people each, with one folding mattress for extra storage. Tiara Sport includes air conditioning, a microwave, and an LED TV with a Blu-Ray player. The fully enclosed head compartment offers a VacuFlush toilet, a mirror vanity, and a fiberglass shower stall with a curtain.
There is no shortage of seating on the 43 LS, whether in the bow or the stern. The bow features a forward-facing chaise lounge with footrests and seating that can convert into a sunpad. The transom area includes an aft-facing bench seat behind the leaning post and a U-lounger. Both bow and transom seating are complemented with teak tables for meals with family and friends.
Tiara Sport has incorporated numerous features into the 43 LS, ensuring that buyers will find it fully equipped.
