Nautor Swan, the Finnish shipyard, has recently launched the Solle One yacht at Sanlorenzo’s shipyard in La Spezia, Italy. This unveiling comes after the acquisition of Nautor Swan by Sanlorenzo, announced in August 2024. The Solle One will be making its global debut at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival.
As the flagship of Nautor Swan’s power yacht division, known as Swan Arrow, the Solle One was initially introduced during the 2023 Cannes Yachting Festival as a chaseboat concept. However, it evolved during the design process, eventually becoming an independent dayboat.
The yacht’s exterior design was helmed by Finnish designer Jarkko Jämsén, who drew inspiration from the deep connection to the ocean found on sailing yachts. Featuring a walkaround deck design and a 50-square-metre beach club with fold-down terraces slightly above water level, the Solle One aims to provide a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The yacht also boasts a fully customizable interior layout, with a standard three-cabin configuration for up to six guests and additional crew quarters for two individuals.
Equipped with three inboard Volvo Penta engines, the Solle One has a beam of 6.9 metres and can reach a top speed of 40 knots. Leonardo Ferragamo, president of Nautor Group, expressed delight at the yacht’s transformation from a chaseboat to a unique vessel with its own niche in the market.
In addition to the Solle One, Nautor Swan recently delivered its first hybrid sailing yacht, the 28.3-metre DreamCatcher, which will also be unveiled at Cannes this year. The company’s commitment to innovation and design excellence continues to resonate with yacht enthusiasts worldwide.
