Regulator

Regulator Marine introduced its 41-foot model several years ago, and the center console has become a major success for the North Carolina manufacturer. While most companies may choose to maintain a successful product, Regulator Marine opts for innovation.

The deep-V center console sportfisher represents the largest offering in the company’s range, which begins at 23 feet. For 2019, Regulator implemented notable enhancements to ensure comfort for offshore anglers. A newly integrated wraparound windshield enhances protection at the helm, while the rear mezzanine seat (complete with a prep and tackle center) and overhead SureShade add extra cockpit seating without sacrificing fishing features.

Revamped tower access increases the appeal of the dual helm, and below decks, the expanded cabin boasts a galley kitchen, double berth, and a roomy head with shower, making it easy to host friends and family.

Dedicated anglers will appreciate the optional Taco Grand Slam 380XL outrigger bases featuring 20’ Carbon Fiber telescoping poles, as well as two 40-gallon livewells and two insulated fishboxes, offering a combined capacity of 600 quarts.

Equipped with Yamaha’s new quad XF425 four-stroke engines linked to Digital Electronic Controls, the 41 meets the performance expectations of buyers. It cruises at 25 mph with the outboards at 3,000 rpm, consuming just 33 gallons of fuel per hour. Push the throttles open, and the 41 can reach a top speed in the low 60-mph range, according to the manufacturer.

With the additional stability provided by the Seakeeper 6 stabilization system, the 41 embodies the luxury sportfisher that buyers desire. The starting price for the 41 is $864,000.
