Picchiotti, a prestigious brand under The Italian Sea Group, has introduced its latest 61-meter superyacht concept named Vintage. This stunning design blends timeless luxury with modern innovation, paying homage to the yard’s rich history dating back to 1575.
A Tribute to Nostalgic Elegance
A spokesperson for Picchiotti explained:
“The aristocracy, accompanied by the elite of the upper middle class, would vacation on the French Riviera aboard magnificent wooden yachts.”
The Vintage concept celebrates these nostalgic memories while maintaining an aspirational, vintage, and exhilarating nautical style.
Vintage-Inspired Design with Modern Technology
The Vintage yacht combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge advancements. It features wooden details and rounded overhangs that capture a classic and timeless look. A bi-color exterior adds further elegance, reminiscent of vintage yachts of the past. To ensure a futuristic sailing experience, the yacht incorporates modern innovations, including automated systems and artificial intelligence, seamlessly blending heritage and technology.
Luxurious Onboard Features
The Vintage superyacht is designed for ultimate comfort and elegance. On the main deck, guests can relax in the luxurious Jacuzzi, which is surrounded by spacious sun loungers, offering the perfect spot to unwind. The sundeck features a dedicated outdoor dining area, ideal for open-air meals and entertaining. Additionally, the expansive foredeck includes a lounge with fixed sofa seating, coffee tables, and a beautifully integrated firepit, creating a cozy atmosphere for social gatherings. It has a beam measuring 11.2 meters and reaches a top speed of 15.5 knots, delivering both stability and efficiency. The sundeck, which is predominantly shaded by a sleek hardtop, incorporates square cutouts that provide a stylish mix of natural light and shade.
