Dutch shipyard Feadship has unveiled a new 75-meter concept named C, with complete details set to be disclosed at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. The superyacht is crafted by Studio de Voogt to celebrate Feadship’s 75th Diamond Anniversary.
C draws inspiration from the design of a diamond, emphasizing how its facets reflect and amplify light. This is showcased through the extensive use of glazing to “引导光线深入游艇的内部”. The hull design and fully electric propulsion system represent an advancement from the shipyard’s concept Breathe, introduced in 2010, and the award-winning Savannah.
Savannah was delivered by Feadship in 2015 and went on to win the prestigious Neptune for Motor Yacht of the Year at the World Superyacht Awards.
Feadship is also working on Project 821, a hydrogen-powered yacht.

This new concept is anticipated to be “30 percent more efficient than a typical 75-meter yacht,” according to Feadship, featuring dual shafts, propellers, rudders, and an underwater design aimed at minimizing wake. The yacht will build on Feadship’s innovative Project 821 by sourcing 100 percent of her power from fuel cells powered by methanol, supplemented by lithium-metal batteries.
Additional “innovations” onboard C include a partially enclosed lower deck sea lounge for use at anchor or underway, a beach club with sea-level dining, a duplex owner’s suite, and an articulating crow’s nest that elevates from a private observation deck. Two infinity-edge hexagonal pools complement the shapes of various seating areas and the atrium.

The new concept also progresses from an earlier design, Pure, and the recently delivered Ulysses, featuring a fully digital command center and navigation hub equipped with “the latest in intelligent situational awareness technology, including cameras and data fusion.”
The yacht is projected to achieve a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. Additional power for the hotel load will be generated passively by two pairs of wave-actuated fins that extend from the hull behind the anchors.
