Over 130 professional photographers from 31 countries submitted entries to the Yacht Racing Image Award 2024 photography contest. Today we unveil the Top 20 images. The prize winners will be honored on November 21 at the Yacht Racing Forum in Amsterdam.
Twenty yacht racing photographers from eleven countries have made it to the final stage of the Yacht Racing Image Award. Chosen by the international jury, the top 20 images will be displayed next week at METSTRADE, the world’s largest exhibition for the leisure marine sector, taking place in Amsterdam.
Winners of the contest will be revealed and celebrated during the Yacht Racing Forum on Thursday, November 21, in the company of prominent figures from the sport worldwide. All participants are warmly invited to the event (please see below for registration details).
Three prizes will be awarded: the Yacht Racing Image Award (the main prize), chosen by the international jury, the Public Award based on online public votes, and the Delegates Award determined by votes from METSTRADE visitors.
The winners will receive prizes provided by our official supplier, 727 Sailbags.
