2. Counter-Notification

3. Repeat Infringers
Gulf Yacht News reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
4. Misrepresentations

This includes any costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by us or by the alleged infringer as a result of our reliance on such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing.
