The Qatar Airways GKA Kite World Tour 2024 will feature the second stop of the Freestyle discipline from November 12-15 in Cauipe, located in northeastern Brazil.
The Copa Kitley GKA Freestyle Kite World Cup will present fierce competition in the lagoon’s flat waters and strong winds, renowned for its stadium-like atmosphere and lively environment.
Top competitors include Switzerland’s Maxime Chabloz, in excellent form after securing second place in Dunkerque, and France’s Arthur Guillebert, who claimed victory in the season opener at home.
Emerging talents like Germany’s Finn Flügel and Italy’s Matteo Dorotini aim to leave their mark, while former world champion Gianmaria Coccoluto (ITA) and Tom Bridge (GBR) will showcase their distinct styles. Bruna Kajiya, Brazil’s current four-time world champion, aims to excel on home turf, while Spain’s Rita Arnaus and newcomer Kaya Lehmann (DEN) are expected to provide strong competition in the women’s category.
