Guests can choose hot options such as pancakes or indulge in a traditional Irish breakfast. The hotel’s signature restaurant, Forbes Street, helmed by acclaimed chef Gareth Mullins, emphasizes Irish ingredients. The menu features outstanding local produce, with flame-grilled John Stone dry-aged beef from County Longford as the highlight.
