Amer Steel 41M Explorer: at the Monaco Yacht Show, Amer Yachts showcases a new design that blends luxury, technology, and innovation.
Amer Yachts elevates the standards in the eco-friendly and emission-conscious sustainable superyacht segment with the debut of the new Amer Steel 41M Explorer at the recent Monaco Yacht Show.
This new yacht, commissioned by its owner at the start of the year and set for delivery in 2025, will embody true innovation, technology, and design. Noteworthy advancements are reflected in the hull design, which will utilize cutting-edge techniques and shapes. The yacht will feature an advanced propulsion system that is exceptionally quiet and designed to significantly reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
Also groundbreaking is the system designed for launching and recovering tenders, aimed at speeding up operations with integrated cranes. The service boats will be stored at the center of the yacht, in the foredeck well, which can also accommodate two large boats.
Amer Steel 41M Explorer can host up to ten guests in five onboard cabins, with provision for eight crew berths.
The design of this superyacht has been entrusted to Luiz de Basto, who has crafted very smooth and elegant lines for both the exterior and interior.
The decks will be walk-around for enhanced livability and comfort, even while underway; the Main Deck will feature large windows to maintain a constant connection with the sea. The Lower Deck will include a relaxation area at the stern and a helicopter landing pad at the bow. The Sun Deck will have two lounging/relaxation spaces, one at the aft and one at the front.
Apart from on-board equipment, the sleek and refined design is coupled with impressive performance. Amer 41M Explorer will achieve a top speed of 15 knots, with a range of 4,500 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 11 knots. It will have a beam of 9.7 meters and a draft of only 2.2 meters.
The design, covering everything from naval architecture to executive engineering, has been commissioned to the Italian company Optima Design.
