2. Counter-Notification

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

3. Repeat Infringers

Gulf Yacht News reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

4. Misrepresentations

Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. This includes any costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by us or by the alleged infringer as a result of our reliance on such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing.
