It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carlo Agliardi, the former CEO and president of Fraser.
Born in 1950, Agliardi was one of the visionary minds behind the founding of Italyachting, alongside his partners Alex Mazzoni and Antonio Pozzi. It was in this dynamic environment that he met his cherished second wife, Loredana Deambrosis. However, amidst Italy’s challenging political climate marked by a nationwide corruption scandal, Agliardi made the brave decision to relocate his business to a place that promised greater political and economic stability.
