Grady-White Boats is excited to announce Todd Leggett’s promotion to the role of Director of Sales and Customer Relations. In this newly appointed position, Todd will be at the helm of all sales operations and will be responsible for enhancing customer service policies, systems, and initiatives. With over 30 years of experience at Grady-White Boats, most recently serving as Dealer and Customer Relations Manager, Todd is exceptionally positioned to take on these new challenges. He kicked off his journey with the company back in 1994, initially working in production and later joining the engineering team. This hands-on experience, covering all aspects of boat development, seamlessly led him to his current focus on sales and customer relations. Reporting directly to Kris Carroll, President of the company, Todd carries a strong legacy of supporting our dedicated dealer network and ensuring customer satisfaction. As Kris points out, “Todd has consistently gone above and beyond to meet our valued customers’ needs. His deep commitment to providing an exceptional boating experience aligns perfectly with our mission to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the industry.”
