The 84-hectare island draws inspiration from the most elegant Italian tourist destinations and aims to showcase Made in Italy not just through architecture and materials, but primarily through lifestyle. The village and promenade of the island will feature fluid architectural forms that blend seamlessly with the landscape, creating a continuum between the interior and exterior spaces.

Sindalah will also have a marina with 86 berths for superyachts, a yacht club reminiscent of a boat’s decks complete with two levels and terraces extending over the sea, a golf club featuring fluid forms that blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape, 38 restaurants, lounges, and a water sports center. The accommodation options will be equally remarkable, including three five-star hotels with over 550 ultra-premium rooms, alongside villas and apartments.

Visitors will have the chance to rejuvenate at the beach club and indulge in exclusive shopping experiences at the 51 luxury boutiques on the island. The urban elements are designed within a harmonious and sustainable architectural context that respects the delicate marine environment surrounding the island. Established in 1996 by Luca Dini in Florence, the Luca Dini Design & Architecture studio quickly positioned itself as a leader in the custom superyacht design sector. With more than 30 years of experience in luxury yachting, the firm later expanded its expertise to include architecture, interior design, and urban planning at an international level, blending innovation, aesthetics, and sustainability.

The firm’s vision has transformed the island into an extraordinary destination, offering an exclusive and unforgettable retreat.
