The 32.3-meter FRP model has been named after its owner’s cabin, which features a glass front and provides direct access to a private, sheltered terrace on the foredeck with 270-degree views. The interiors have been designed by the Dutch design agency Phathom Studio, which also announced a partnership with Sunreef Yachts at this year’s festival.

A staircase leads up to the upper deck, which boasts a spacious foredeck with a handrail, serving as the yacht’s secondary “terrace.” This area is equipped with a Jacuzzi, sun pads, and sofa seating, while glass cutouts in the upper deck allow sunlight to filter into the private owner’s terrace below.

The Majesty 100 Terrace follows the tradition of the 34.1-meter Majesty 111, which also debuted at the Dubai International Boat Show. “This model features the same flow as the Majesty 111,” explained chairman Mohammed Hussain Alshaali at the conference. “It has the same layout and feel, but boasts an entirely new semi-displacement hull and finish.”

The accommodation can host up to 10 guests and 6 crew members. Renderings showcase a light, delicate aesthetic, incorporating materials such as marble, warm walnut, and brushed brass throughout.

The similarities between the Majesty 111 and the Majesty 100 Terrace are most evident on the main deck, arranged with a 10-seat dining table, floor-to-ceiling patio doors, and an optional skylight in the stairwell. This model sets itself apart from its “sibling” by replacing the raised wheelhouse with a skylounge.

Additionally, the aft cockpit features balconies that expand the space by an extra 15 percent, as claimed by the shipyard, with modular seating that can transform from sunbeds to a dining area.

There are optional shaded blades on the hardtop.

Flip-down seating is also available on the garage door for casual lounging.

While the exact propulsion specifications are not yet determined, the model is anticipated to achieve a maximum speed of 22-23 knots and a cruising speed of 18-19 knots.

Other key specifications include a volume of 199GT, a beam of 7.2 meters, and a draft of 1.87 knots.
