Sanlorenzo has successfully delivered the 47.2-meter explorer yacht M from its facilities in La Spezia, Italy. According to BOATPro, the superyacht is currently anchored off the coast of Sardinia ahead of its debut at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show.
M is the eleventh unit in the Italian shipyard’s 500Exp series, following the first unit, Ocean Dreamwalker III, which was delivered in 2018. Designed by Francesco Paszkowski, this series is a continuation of the 460Exp and features an expanded aft deck capable of accommodating a small helicopter and a larger selection of watertoys.
M comes in at just under 500GT.
Construction commenced in 2022, with the yacht being sold to a buyer represented by TWW Yachts the following year.
The yacht offers accommodation for 10 guests and nine crew members, including a master suite on the main deck that features lounge seating and a drop-down terrace extending over the sea. While imagery remains undisclosed, renderings showcase a bright, contemporary interior design with curved furniture and abstract patterns on the wall panels and carpets. The main saloon includes sofa seating, armchairs, and a central bar, with floor-to-ceiling windows on both the main and upper decks allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space.
The indoor garage has the capacity for a seven-meter tender and includes additional openings that expand the beach area and improve access to the water. An observation deck, sundeck bar, and numerous outdoor dining and lounging areas complete the array of leisure amenities aboard M.
Key specifications include a 9.6-meter beam, a draft of 2.75 meters, and a maximum speed of 15 knots.
This delivery follows Sanlorenzo’s unveiling of its first fuel-cell powered superyacht, Almax, which is also set to debut at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show.
