On Wednesday, Aug. 28, Hilton, who is 43, posted a TikTok video featuring her 19-month-old son Phoenix enjoying a sunreef catamaran while wearing an adorable burgundy outfit.
Although Phoenix looked delighted to explore the boat, some fans expressed worry that he was not wearing a life jacket at that moment.
“Momma, please ensure he wears a life jacket whenever on a boat!! Things happen. That’s why they’re called accidents. With love,” one fan commented, and another added, “My anxiety kicks in not seeing him with a life jacket! Safety always comes first on the water!”

Addressing the worries, Hilton assured her followers on Thursday, Aug. 29, that she and her husband, Carter Reum, were attentively monitoring their son’s every move on the boat.
“Hey Mamma’s, thank you for your suggestions & for always caring about my #CutesieCrew,” she stated. “It’s a big boat & my husband and I are keeping a close eye on him everywhere & watching him like hawks. My children mean everything to me.”
In the video, Phoenix seemed to be in high spirits as he roamed the catamaran. With a big smile, the little one marched on the terrace before transitioning onto a net.
“Mama,” he exclaimed as he stepped down onto the stairs.

Besides Phoenix, Hilton has a 9-month-old daughter named London with her husband Reum.
Frequently sharing photos of her children, the socialite posted a series featuring her “Cutesie Crew” earlier this month.
