Pardo GT75: Where Beauty Meets Essential Luxury. Sea Trial Review.

The allure of the new Pardo GT75 is simply captivating. Unveiled during the Cannes Yachting Festival, this remarkable vessel has set a new benchmark in its segment, showcasing what I genuinely believe to be not only the most stunning motor yacht of the year but also a model that propels Cantiere del Pardo far ahead of Europe’s elite shipyards, and by a considerable margin at that.

This bold assertion warrants a thorough exploration even before we delve into its performance at sea.

Pardo GT75: Yacht or Superyacht?

The collaboration between Cantiere del Pardo and Nauta Design has resulted in something exceptional with the new Pardo GT75. This remarkable 23-meter vessel artfully combines operational efficiency and user-friendliness with many features typically associated with superyachts. Let’s take a closer look, starting from the main deck’s top-down perspective.

From this vantage point, it’s evident that three inviting communal areas have been thoughtfully designed, enabling guests to fully relish in the spaciousness aboard. These types of spaces are often reserved for superyachts over 30 meters, making their presence on a boat of this length quite impressive.

A Premium Beach Club

With the balconies extended and the platform lowered, the beach club reveals a whopping 40 square meters of usable space. This generous area accommodates multiple guests (we experienced this during our sea trials with a group of 14) who can enjoy this luxurious and comfortable environment which only such expansive dimensions can offer.

The view from the stern is truly awe-inspiring, reminiscent of a Roman temple entrance, where the symmetry and elegance of the Pardo GT75’s lines, combined with exquisite staircases, beautifully showcase the central sunpad.

A Superyacht Tender

Concealed beneath the stunning sun deck is a clever surprise. With just the push of a button, a nearly four-meter tender is revealed, which can be launched or retrieved effortlessly. This impressive tender, characteristic of superyacht features, facilitates smooth disembarkation and dramatically extends the range and duration of outdoor explorations, all while disappearing when not in use.

Pardo GT75 – Main Deck

As we ascend two steps, we enter the outdoor dining area on the main deck where Pardo GT75 showcases two distinct layouts: galley up or galley down. This means you can choose to have the galley either on this main deck or below, providing an excellent opportunity to customize the yacht to fit individual preferences.

Regardless of the choice, it’s impossible to overlook the design’s elegance and spaciousness. Relaxing on the aft sofa of the exterior dinette with the glass doors opened creates a delightful feeling of continuity that is truly priceless.

Here, the lines between interior and exterior blur, giving the sensation of being on a vast terrace overlooking the water. This smooth transition is largely due to the 360-degree glass windows and the intentional absence of tall furniture—another brilliant insight from Nauta Design. In the galley down version (which I personally favor), this feeling is even further enhanced, creating a profound connection with the sea and providing an unparalleled panoramic vista.

At the heart of this space is the interior helm station of the Pardo GT75. Despite being equipped with three seats, large screens, and exceptional visibility for maneuvering, it seamlessly integrates with the surroundings, showcasing the exquisite design.

By closing the sliding doors at the stern and retracting the roof, the Pardo GT75 transforms into the ideal yacht for navigating in challenging weather or enjoying tranquil winter cruises.
